I’m learning that unless I change who I am, I’ll always have what I’ve got!

If I want different results, I have to do something different.

THIS is why I read and watch hours of personal development and training about how to be the BEST coach I can be every day. I want to be an EXPERT at it.

I search the web and our team trainings to provide the BEST material for my team so THEY can be as SUCCESSFUL as possible.

I spend time everyday talking on the phone or on video chat with the girls on my team so they get their questions answered and the support they need to succeed.

I realize that a person cannot add value to others unless they have added value to themselves first. THIS is why I spend hours a day preparing myself to help others.

I am PASSIONATE about helping others and I am excited for our team to continue to grow and be ELITE.

I am SO excited to share this with you I can’t keep it to myself anymore.

Felicia Wright is a dear friend of mine from high school. She has completely changed her lifestyle and has been able to quit her medications for Lyme Disease because of her exercise and nutrition.

May is Lyme Disease awareness month and Felicia has been interviewed by the radio AND on TV about her story!

“Some of you might know from a previous group that I have Chronic Lyme Disease and I have been feeling sick for the past 10 years and had neurological MS-like symptoms for the past 5 years. I did not think that I would ever have the energy to exercise again and I had given up on even feeling healthy. I was on all kinds of medications to help control my chronic headaches and help me sleep and help me stay awake and help with my anxiety. I felt bad all of the time because I had a hard time keeping up with my kids or having the energy to play with them. Even picking them up was hard at times because of my muscle weakness, I was worried I would fall with them. Then, in November-ish, I started doing 21 Day Fix and it really sucked at first. I had a hard time because I was so tired. I wanted to give up, but I kept at it. Then I added in Shakeolgy and after a couple of weeks I noticed a big difference in the way I was feeling. Now, about 100 days after starting, I feel healthier, more energetic and I am off most of my medications. My symptoms aren’t gone, but they have been reduced. I’m still shocked by the positive difference this has made. Exercising and eating healthy all the time can be difficult, but it is so worth it!”

I have been learning about COMMITMENT and it reminded me of my training for the Spartan Race last year!

It was on my bucket list so I finally signed up in December 2014. I started training right away.

I was already working out hard with kettlebells, TRX, HIIT training and Insanity Max 30…so I started running.

I HATE running, but I knew I had to do it in order to prepare for the race. So I got to work and stayed COMMITTED!

I planned out my runs on my calendar, gradually increasing frequency and duration.

I cannot tell you how many times I did NOT want to go running.

BUT I did it anyway.

On race day, I was as prepared as I could be. I know I could have done more, but I did my best and I CONQUERED the SPARTAN!

That level of commitment is a lot like what is required to be a great coach.

They say “the world has never seen a great leader who lacked commitment.”

-Commitment starts in the heart and separates the good from the great.

-The only real measure of commitment is action.

-Commitment is the enemy of resistance and to get anywhere worthwhile, you must be committed no matter how many times you get knocked down.

There are 4 types of leaders:

1. Cop outs- have no goals
2. Hold outs- afraid to commit
3. Drop outs- start but quit when the going gets tough
4. All outs- set goals and commit to reaching them

Shakeology & Pregnancy



My baby’s favorite meal of the day!

This kid goes bonkers when I drink this!

It’s packed with fruits, veggies, vitamins, superfoods, antioxidants, probiotics and protein, why WOULDN’T I give my baby these nutrients?

Plus it’s the FASTEST meal of the day which I love because I’m DONE cooking and preparing meals!

Do you have a husband or kids who refuse to eat veggies and forget to take their vitamins? 🙋

Plus, I hear all the time “I’m too busy to workout and too busy to meal prep.”

Okay! Replace one of your meals with this every day and you will STILL lose weight!

Can you “like” this post to help me congratulate my sweet friend Esther?

She lost 7 pounds in January in our fitness/nutrition accountability group! She did this workout & nutrition plan & Shakeology while breastfeeding her newborn! Way to go Esther!!!

Here is her story:

“I found out about Beachbody from Heather Colledge when I saw pictures of her getting fit on facebook and asked how she was doing it. I tried the 21-day fix in November, then again in December. I would do really well for about two weeks and then get off track. I didn’t really lose any weight.

However, in January I recommitted myself. January 4th I weighed in at 140 lbs. February 4th I weigh in at 133 lbs.

I am breastfeeding and have altered the diet a little to include more healthy fats, but the weight is still coming off.

Since starting the 21-day fix, I have noticed that I have more consistent energy. I’m not always super energized, but I don’t have ups and downs the way I used to. I am also sleeping better (when my kids let me).

I’m going to keep doing the program because it helps me feel well and is helping me to reach a healthier weight. I also think the program’s emphasis on nutritious food is good for my breastfeeding baby!”
