Our whole lives we are taught to look for jobs not opportunities.
I was raised in a family where my dad worked a full time 8 to 5 job. My mom stayed home and taught piano lessons for extra income to help the family.
Growing up I wanted to be an architect or a dancer. I was taught the importance of a good education and to work hard for someone else to earn an income.
That’s all I knew.
So when I saw my friends posting about the income they were earning as Beachbody coaches it blew my mind. Here I was with 2 degrees after going to college for 6 years and they were earning FAR more income than I.
So I got me thinking.
If they can do it why can’t I?
Isn’t it time to start looking for opportunity?
It’s not the money we chase it’s the FREEDOM.
The freedom to be with our families, the freedom from working for someone else, the freedom from rules and meetings and obligations.
The freedom to be my own boss and get rewarded for the effort I put into my work.
You may not agree with me and that’s okay. It took me years to finally understand this opportunity.
Sometimes you just have to ask yourself: WHY NOT ME?
If I had never asked myself that question I wouldn’t be where I am today with a thriving fitness business from home.a essay on environmental pollution
