There’s no way to know when my loved ones will die, what exactly will happen tomorrow, or whether I will be successful in my endeavors.
I know if I have strong enough faith that everything will work out, I can be happy and look forward to the future rather than worry about what may come.

Why do I skip TV, naps and work on my coaching business every free moment I have?
Because I LOVE what I do and I believe in it. I have faith and KNOW it is worth it.
I LOVE having goals to work towards and something that gives me a feeling of significance and purpose.
If you want to change your circumstances- your health, financial situation –then you have to be willing to take a leap of faith every now and then and go after what you want in life.
Don’t let the fear of the unknown hold you back.

I have learned a lot in my 6 1/2 years as an ICU nurse.
I will never forget my first month as a tech in the ICU We had a teenager come in who had stabbed himself multiple times and was covered in blood and on the verge of death.
Nothing I learned in nursing school or in life could have prepared me for that.
But I went to work and helped clean him up.
As an ICU nurse, I have had patients yell at me, hit me and die. Sometimes I deal with angry family members and angry doctors.
I also have patients with stage 4 cancer or who are at the end of their lives who are more optimistic and cheerful than anyone I have ever met.
The first year was the most difficult, as I learned how all the equipment works, the policies and procedures of nursing care, and how to handle and deal with all different types of people and situations.
I realize now that despite the trials, heartache, and lives lost, I am a better person because of the experiences I have had a nurse.

The thing is… most people just don’t understand this business.
I didn’t understand it for YEARS. I followed my high school friend on Facebook for years until I finally asked him about coaching. He didn’t come to me.
So what changed my mind?
I’ll be honest-
1. The Fitness- because it’s my passion
2. The Feeling of purpose- I was SO bored with life and wanted MORE
3. The ability to earn money from home- I have a toddler and a baby on the way
So WHY do I still do it when it’s not easy?
Because I love it.
Because I know how incredible it feels to be the reason someone has changed their life and has more happiness and energy than they have had in years.
Because I want others to somehow understand even just a little how freaking COOL this job is.
Yes, I could have taken the easy route with a different company where I post products and give you the website to order and never talk to you, but that’s not me.
That’s not who I am.
I am about supporting, encouraging and empowering you to be the absolute best you can be.
I am here to help you realize your potential and understand what you are capable of.
