Jen Greenberg Coach Success Story

Jenn is my teammate I met in the Dominican Republic. She is a former paralegal, mom, and wife. She was able to retire her husband from the police force and they walked away from a million dollar pension. She has a quiet confidence but is an excellent speaker and an incredible friend to everyone around her.

I had the pleasure of hearing her speak at the Personal Development Seminar in Fort Hall Idaho. I loved the part of her speech where she said “you build confidence just by going for it”. Her book recommendations include: Just Start, Daring Greatly, Breakout and the Power of Self Confidence.

It took Jen a year to hit Emerald, another year to hit Diamond and another year to hit star diamond. She’s been a coach for 5 years and she will be in the millionaire club this year.

Micah Folsom Coach Success Story

Micah is a mom, former collegiate athlete and trained for the Olympics in gymnastics. She lives in Idaho and is a member of the millionaire’s club.

I had the pleasure of hearing her speak at the Personal Development Seminar in Fort Hall Idaho. These are just a few of the things I learned from her. She has achieved the highest rank in Beachbody which she attributes to her hard work ethic she learned from being in the gym 4 hours a day 6 days a week for years.

“Failure isn’t the opposite of success- it’s an essential part of success.”

“Get comfortable being uncomfortable-you can LEARN how to be a go getter.”

Be Strong

I used to want to be skinny until I knew what STRONG felt like.
I was a dancer for 18 years. My legs and feet were strong, but I could never do a single pullup until I started resistance training.

Lifting weights has given me a confidence I have never had before. Knowing that I am capable of lifting heavy weight and pushing myself through difficult workouts gives me the belief that I can do hard things in life.

Physical strength is undoubtedly connected to mental and emotional strength.

Best Beachbody Coaches

My best friend in high school had this really shy cousin named Scottie Hobbs

We have all kept in touch on Facebook over the years and I couldn’t help but notice what he was doing.

His posts about helping people and bringing his wife home from work, retiring from his full-time job and having fun on tropical vacations as a Beachbody coach made me uncomfortable.

I was inspired but a little annoyed, thinking he reached all of his success so easily. I was annoyed because I didn’t realize how much effort he actually put into his success. I was jealous of him spending way more time with his wife and kids than I spend with my husband and family and how he was able to go on so many fun trips and vacations while we couldn’t afford any.

Many people don’t know this, but I wasn’t invited to be a coach. It was something I researched for years. Once I finally went to Scottie and told him I was ready, I was all in. It was one of the best decisions of my life. My only regret is that I didn’t start sooner.

Thanks Scottie and Gabby for your generosity and help along the way!

Live by Faith Not Fear

There’s no way to know when my loved ones will die, what exactly will happen tomorrow, or whether I will be successful in my endeavors.

I know if I have strong enough faith that everything will work out, I can be happy and look forward to the future rather than worry about what may come.

“Sometimes the best thing you can do is not think, not wonder, not imagine, not obsess, just breathe and have faith that everything will work out for the best.”

Fail Forward for Success

What my Friday night looks like!👊

Why do I skip TV, naps and work on my coaching business every free moment I have?

Because I LOVE what I do and I believe in it. I have faith and KNOW it is worth it.

I LOVE having goals to work towards and something that gives me a feeling of significance and purpose.

If you want to change your circumstances- your health, financial situation –then you have to be willing to take a leap of faith every now and then and go after what you want in life.

Don’t let the fear of the unknown hold you back.

Failing forward is the only way anyone experiences success!

Struggles Make You Stronger

When you’re walking down the hall at the hospital on night shift and you have to do a double take because you forgot how HUGE you were…😂

I have learned a lot in my 6 1/2 years as an ICU nurse.

I will never forget my first month as a tech in the ICU We had a teenager come in who had stabbed himself multiple times and was covered in blood and on the verge of death.

Nothing I learned in nursing school or in life could have prepared me for that.

But I went to work and helped clean him up.

As an ICU nurse, I have had patients yell at me, hit me and die. Sometimes I deal with angry family members and angry doctors.

I also have patients with stage 4 cancer or who are at the end of their lives who are more optimistic and cheerful than anyone I have ever met.

The first year was the most difficult, as I learned how all the equipment works, the policies and procedures of nursing care, and how to handle and deal with all different types of people and situations.

I realize now that despite the trials, heartache, and lives lost, I am a better person because of the experiences I have had a nurse.

“Every struggle in your life has shaped you into the person you are today. Be thankful for the hard times; they can only make you stronger.”

Husband Transformation 21 Day Fix

jake hansen

LOOK ladies your husbands can join you!

Can you help me congratulate Jake Hansen for his INCREDIBLE transformation in my friend Candice Conner Goulding‘s accountability group?

“This was my 2nd round on 21 day fix extreme. I started at 207 lbs when this journey began. I have lost a total of 26 lbs. My first round I lost 14 lbs and was so stoked on my results, I immediately started another 21 days.

To be honest, I am more shocked with the results the 2nd time around. I lost an additional 12 lbs. Definitely keep pushing your selves. This program works. People at work now call me “skinny Jake.”

I found out about 21 day fix from my sister Haley Haley Hansen Goulding.

I feel clean! I used to feel full, bloated, and uncomfortable a lot. Those have all gone away.

I am going to continue to get back in really good shape so that when my kids want to go to the pool, play sports, etc. My weight won’t be an issue or concern for me.”

Way to go Jake!!! You did amazing!

Coaching is Worth It

💫I’ll be honest. Coaching is NOT easy.

The thing is… most people just don’t understand this business.

I didn’t understand it for YEARS. I followed my high school friend on Facebook for years until I finally asked him about coaching. He didn’t come to me.

So what changed my mind?

I’ll be honest-

1. The Fitness- because it’s my passion

2. The Feeling of purpose- I was SO bored with life and wanted MORE

3. The ability to earn money from home- I have a toddler and a baby on the way

So WHY do I still do it when it’s not easy?

Because I love it.

Because I know how incredible it feels to be the reason someone has changed their life and has more happiness and energy than they have had in years.

Because I want others to somehow understand even just a little how freaking COOL this job is.

Yes, I could have taken the easy route with a different company where I post products and give you the website to order and never talk to you, but that’s not me.

That’s not who I am.

I am about supporting, encouraging and empowering you to be the absolute best you can be.

I am here to help you realize your potential and understand what you are capable of.

My story:

Believe and You Will Succeed

💡This is what I’m learning!

The more I believe in my own ability to succeed, the more likely it is that I will.

So no more pity parties!

No more worrying about whether I’m a good mom, or a good wife or if I’ll be able to handle a newborn that doesn’t sleep!

I can do this!

Studies show that self-belief is an even stronger predictor of job performance than the actual level of skill or training you have had.

So when faced with a challenge, give yourself an edge by focusing on all the reasons you will succeed rather than fall.

Focus on your strengths!
