I’ve talked to TONS of people about how they were feeling when they were considering becoming a coach.
The common theme among all of us when we are embarking on something new is that we have FEARS. You are not alone if you are having these feelings. Here are some of the most common themes I hear:
>> I’m afraid that I’ll fail. I don’t know if I can do it.
>> I’m not in perfect shape and I have so far to go on my own journey. I don’t think anyone will want to join with me.
>> I’m a shy person and I’m afraid to put myself out there and share with others in person and through social media.
>> This is only something that “other” people can do. I’m not sure if I can do it. I don’t know enough people.
>> What if I invest into this and I’m not successful?
This is what I want to say, having FEAR does not mean you need to stop in your tracks. We ALL have fears when we start something new. Heck, I had a TON of fears when I started coaching. It feels like there are so many “unknowns” in the beginning but that is how we feel whenever we start something new.
I want to assure you that you are going to be part of a TEAM of coaches that will help walk you through each step. We are there to support you. We have training and resources so you can learn and grow. We will help you push through those FEARS to be the best VERSION of you!
>> This is the time to stop letting those fears stop you from your GREATNESS. If there is a small part of you that feels like you should do this, listen to THAT authentic voice inside you that knows that there is more possibility in your life.
