Alyssa Schomaker Beachbody Coaching Success Story

Alyssa Schomaker was a Registered Nurse. Her grandfather died of CHF and diabetes and she felt like nurses can do more as nurses. She looked into what she could do to help with disease prevention and health promotion. She didn’t feel content with being a nurse anymore or feel that she was making a difference.

She learned about coaching and how challenge groups provide education to help people learn how to eat healthy and take care of themselves with healthy food and fitness. Nurses make fabulous coaches because they love to help people and that is what coaching is all about.

She became a superstar 15 star diamond Elite coach millionaire in 2 years.

Danielle Natoni Beachbody Coaching Success Story

Danielle Natoni was a 5th grade teacher 5 years ago and knee deep in debt.

She grew up as a dancer and was always into fitness so she became a Turbokick group fitness instructor. Her Turbokick trainer introduced her to Beachbody coaching and told her how she can make so much more money doing Beachbody than teaching group fitness.

She started coaching and within about 8 months she became a diamond coach and a year later she was a full time coach and retired from teaching 5th grade math.

She was in the Insanity informercial and Asylum workouts. She was in the top 10 and now is an elite coach.

Coaching has changed her life and she is so grateful for this incredible opportunity.

How I PUSHED Past Failure to Succeed

Random facts about me:

I failed the first year I auditioned for a competitive dance team in junior high school.

BYU rejected me the first time I applied in high school.

People told me I would never make it into the BYU Nursing Program.

People told me I couldn’t do pullups because I’m a girl.

Doctors told us we had less than a 1% chance of having a baby.

People tell me I can’t be successful at online health coaching.

I PUSHED past the first 5 and I KNOW I can SUCCEED with the last.

Can you help me succeed? I can’t do it alone.

Go For Your Dreams!

I LOVE teaching group kettlebell/TRX classes! It is so fun to share what I love with other people!

Thank you to my good friend Rachel Gleed Skeen for giving me the opportunity to teach some women and teen classes at her garage gym!

2 years ago I FINALLY pushed past my fears and became certified to teach TRX group classes and it has been one of the BEST decisions I have ever made.

I feel so much JOY helping others learn these techniques and cheering them on!

Is there something you have always wanted to do?

Go do it! 🙂

When is the Last Time You Invested in Yourself?

When is the last time you invested in YOURSELF?

In your health & fitness?

What would be different in your life if you did?

What would you do more of? Less of? Be proud of?

I invite you to be part of a TEAM with the BEST support and the BEST results around.

Now’s your chance to be a part of something that will give you a feeling of purpose, contribution, and significance, where you KNOW that you are appreciated and that you matter.

Now’s your chance to CHANGE your life.

What Are Your Priorities?

I don’t buy things I don’t need.

I don’t have an Ipad or a Fitbit or a brand new car. I don’t spend hardly any money on clothes, purses, shoes or my nails.

My husband and I have worn the same clothes and shoes for years. Our cars have been paid off for years and we have zero credit card debt.

I am frugal and I spend money on things that matter. Healthy food, workouts, Shakeology.

Shakeology is full of superfoods, vitamins and protein that give me energy, help me feel full, refuels my muscles after my workouts and curbs sweet cravings.

It is the healthiest meal of the day and the only way I can get veggies and vitamins in my husband! wink emoticon

I spend money on my priorities.

9 Steps of Discipline

“What are your dreams? What are the things you wish you had today? Forget today, and figure out what processes you need to fall in love with in order to live your dream one day.”

9 Steps of Discipline:

1. Employ forced optimization

2. Invest in yourself and your business

3. Create rituals

4. Compare yourself to the best

5. Make your goals non-negotiable; be selfish

6. Visualize your ideal

7. Utilize accountability strategies

8. Forget the quick fix; fall in love with the process

9. Surround yourself with like-minded individuals

What is Holding You Back?

“The most SUCCESSFUL person is also the one who has FAILED the most. Go fail!” -Entrepreneur Rollercoaster

Is FEAR holding you back?

Just remember, if you’re not going to DIE from it, “your fear is madeup, grossly overdramatic, and it should have no power over you”.

My Dream as a Coach

Everyone has a driving force within. That dream that keeps them going no matter what.

Have you found what that is for you?

For me, it’s a burning desire to help women SUCCEED, feel appreciated, and BELIEVE in their unlimited strength and POTENTIAL.

To SUPPORT and encourage them so they know they MATTER and belong to a TEAM.

THIS is what gives me happiness.
